Low Cost Heating & Cooling

Your web presence as it stands
Checked on 2 September 2026: the Google listing that answers your business name and phone number, the Better Business Bureau, Yellow Pages, the Chamber of Commerce, Birdeye, and what "hvac livingston tn" and "ac repair livingston tn" turn up in a search.
Already working: the Better Business Bureau lists you in business since 1994 with an A+ rating, under owner Billy J. McLearran. The Chamber, Yellow Pages, Nextdoor and Birdeye all carry your correct name, address and phone number. A real, established record to build a site on.
What I would fix
| The problem | Why it costs you | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | The Google listing that answers your name and phone number has its map pin at plus code 6F26+J7, which resolves to Reseda, Los Angeles, and shows "Open 24 hours" every day | Someone checking your location or hours on Google sees a business in California, not Livingston |
| 2 | The visible reviews on that same listing come from accounts with one review to their name, worded in short, similar phrasing from one to the next | Worth a look yourself; those reviews are what a searcher sees first |
| 3 | None of your correct listings links to a website; the only "website" field found on any directory is a generic link to trane.com | Every correct listing still sends someone to a phone number and nothing else |
| 4 | Hours conflict: BBB lists Monday to Friday, 7 to 5; Yellow Pages and the Chamber list Monday to Friday and Sunday, 7 to 8 | Trusting the wrong page means calling, or showing up, at the wrong time |
| 5 | No Facebook page or other social profile could be found for the business | No second place online for someone to check you out |
| 6 | A search for "hvac livingston tn" or "ac repair livingston tn" surfaces directories and competitors with their own sites, not you, and no listing checked offers a way to request service online | Someone comparing options sees other companies first, and every question still waits on a phone call |
I would start with a real website linked from your correct listings, one clear set of hours, and a way to request service without calling. Those are the three places today's setup costs you a customer, on top of the Los Angeles pin, worth checking on Google yourself.
The lasting fix is a safe way to update hours, services and wording yourself, without waiting on anyone.
