A Local Gym on Bradford Hicks Drive
Formerly CrossFit Overton, Muscle Factory Group Fitness has been part of Livingston's fitness scene for years.
Muscle Factory Group Fitness is at 5480 Bradford Hicks Drive in Livingston, the building sitting above the lake as you come up the drive. Loren Crowder runs the program, and classes are built around the person doing them: workouts get modified for your ability, not the other way around.
The building is wheelchair accessible, entrance and parking lot included, with a restroom on site. Classes run mornings and evenings, Monday through Friday. Ask about the current schedule and membership when you message us.
