What we fly

Services

Every flight is FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Here's what you get from each service.

Aerial exterior of a home and yard for a real estate listing
from $150

Real estate photo & video

Aerials that sell the whole property, not just the front door: the lot lines, the tree cover, the way the drive meets the road.

You get a set of edited stills ready for the listing, plus a 60-second walkthrough cut for social and video tours, delivered fast so the property hits the market while it's fresh.

Twilight aerial over fields under an amber sky
from $250

Twilight package

Dusk shoots under a night-operations waiver most pilots don't carry, timed to the window when interior lights and the evening sky balance just right.

You get a set of edited twilight stills that make a listing glow on the scroll. Pairs well with the real estate package for listings that need to stand out.

Close-up drone inspection of a brick chimney and shingle roof
from $150

Roof & structure inspection

Close-up imagery of roofs, chimneys and gutters without a ladder or a liability.

You get a set of high-resolution stills covering the angles a ground-level walk can't reach, useful for insurance documentation, pre-listing checks or contractor estimates, with no one on a harness or a scaffold.

Top-down survey view of plotted fields and garden beds
from $300

Mapping & orthomosaics

Survey-style top-down maps of acreage, timber and sites, stitched from a structured grid flight into one measurable orthomosaic.

You get a single top-down file you can measure distances and areas on, useful for land assessment, timber tracts or site planning.

Framing crew and equipment on a new home build, seen from above
$200–$400/visit

Construction progress

Scheduled flyovers on a contract, so the whole team sees the site the same way every visit.

You get a fresh set of dated aerial stills from the same angles each time, making progress easy to compare visit to visit. Useful for owners, contractors and lenders who want a record of how the build moved forward.

Country church steeple at golden hour from the air
from $300

Events & venues

The shot from above that makes the venue, the crowd and the day look as big as it felt.

You get a set of edited aerial stills capturing the layout and the turnout, timed around the parts of the day that matter most. Good for venues that want marketing images and clients who want a keepsake.
