    Frequently asked questions

Do I have to drive the RV?

No. Whether it stays on the farm or goes to your site, we drive it, level it, hook up water and power, and come back for it when you leave. You never drive or tow anything.

    Do I need RV insurance?

No. Renter RV insurance covers you driving the vehicle, and you never do — we handle every mile. There is nothing extra to buy.

Is there a minimum stay, and what does it cost?

No minimum — stay one night if that is what you need. It is $270 a night, and 10% off weekly for stays of seven nights or more.

What deposit do you take, and when is the balance due?

A 50% deposit reserves your dates. The balance is due 24 hours before check-in. At check-in we collect a refundable $500 incidental deposit, returned after we look the rig over.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel any time up to 24 hours before check-in and your deposit is refunded. Inside 24 hours, call us at (931) 823-3266 — we would rather talk than keep your money.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you are driving a long way and need either one moved, ask when you book.

Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?

Anywhere within about 50 miles of Monroe, Tennessee: $400 covers the first 50 miles, then $4 a mile beyond. Farther out, ask and we will quote it. Staying on the farm has no delivery fee at all.

Will I have power? What about the generator?

Yes — every site we set up on has shore power, on the farm and at your campground. The generator is backup only, so you should never need it.

Can I bring pets, and how many does each RV sleep?

Yes — pets are welcome, for a flat $20 pet fee per stay. The fleet sleeps between 4 and 10 depending on the rig; each card in the fleet list above gives its own number.

What is needed at my delivery site?

Four things: 30 amp power, level ground, easy access for us to drive the rig in and back it out, and 14 feet of overhead clearance — watch for low branches, wires, and gate arches on the way in. Most campground sites clear all four; if you are not sure about yours, send us the site number and we will check it before you book.

What is included, and what is not?

Fresh linens on made beds, a stocked kitchen, a fresh-water fill, and the waste setup. Camp chairs are available on request — just ask when you book. Towels are included on the farm and a $25 add-on for delivered stays. For a delivered stay you book your own campsite.
