Roof documentation
Aerial photographs can document visible roof surfaces when the address, access, weather, and operating conditions permit.
The deliverable is photographic documentation, not a structural, insurance, code, or thermal diagnosis. A qualified roofer, adjuster, engineer, or inspector remains responsible for conclusions in their field.
A standard camera cannot locate water under a membrane. If the job requires thermal or another specialized sensor, this is not the right tool.
Overhead mapping
A stitched true-color overhead image can document visible features such as fence lines, tree lines, bare ground, standing water, and site progress at capture time.
Repeat images may help a qualified customer compare visible change when the flight path and conditions are comparable.
This is not a boundary, engineering, drainage, agronomy, or legal survey, and it does not produce NDVI or a prescription map. The intended use and required accuracy are confirmed before quoting.
Real estate
Ground and aerial views can show different visible context: the building, drive, neighboring features, tree lines, and water features present at capture time. They do not establish acreage, boundaries, condition, or legal access.

What it costs
Aerial photography uses the published photo rate: up to five finished photographs for $100, then $100 an hour with a four-hour minimum, including editing. Job acceptance still depends on location, access, timing, and operating requirements.
Roof documentation, mapping, and repeat-progress work are quoted per job after the intended use, footprint, access, deliverables, and operating requirements are known. The published photography rates and per-job boundaries are listed together.
Travel and timing are confirmed before booking; no unlisted travel radius or turnaround is promised.
Operating requirements come before the flight
Commercial aerial work has operating and location requirements that must be checked for the specific job. Those requirements, travel, deliverables, and any documentation or mapping scope are confirmed before quoting.
Timing and operating conditions are part of that job-specific review. No licence, night-operation, turnaround, travel, or inspection credential is claimed here without current direct evidence.
