The late Carson Oliver began his career in the news and printing business at age 13, right here in Livingston, Tennessee. That early passion grew into a lifelong calling, and a family legacy that continues to this day.
In 1983, Carson and Vicki Oliver purchased the Overton County News and Eldridge Printing Company from JD and Stella Eldridge, establishing what would become the Oliver Media family of businesses.
Their son, Darren Oliver, worked in the business through high school and returned in May 1992 after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee. Today, Darren and his wife Pat own and operate Oliver Printing Company, carrying forward the same commitment to quality and community that Carson and Vicki built over decades.
Carson started in the printing trade at age 13 and never looked back. Their dedication to craft, community, and family lives on in everything we print.
