1. Send or bring your files
Print-ready PDFs are perfect, but Word files, old originals, and napkin sketches all walk in that door too. Our designers will get it press-ready.
2. Approve your proof
Nothing goes to press until you've seen a proof and said yes. We make corrections until it's exactly right, that's the guarantee.
3. Pick it up (or we deliver)
Most everyday jobs turn around in a few business days. Need it faster? Say so when you ask for the quote and we'll tell you honestly.
Common questions
What quantity should I order?
Short runs cost more per piece; longer runs bring the unit price down fast. Tell us how you use the piece and we'll quote a couple of quantity breaks so you can see where the sweet spot is.
What's the difference between 14pt, 16pt, and 32pt cards?
Thickness, and the feel that comes with it. 14pt is the standard card most shops hand out; 16pt is noticeably stiffer; 32pt is a double-thick card that feels like an event ticket. There's a full thickness guide on our Specialty Finishes page.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Bring a previous piece, a PMS number, or even just your logo file, and we'll proof against it before anything prints.
Do you keep my files for reorders?
We do. Reordering letterhead or cards is usually a phone call, we'll re-proof if anything changed.
